1250 Calories 
104.2 gm fat (75%) = 934cal.
62.5 gm protein (20%) = 250 cal.
17 gm carbohydrates (5%) = 67 cal.



I don't plan to be perfect. If I am close 5 out of 7 days I will be happy.

I have updated the above chart I work of because I've been eating around 1250 calories a day. It's difficult to eat so few carbs because I like veggies. I expect to increase carbs/veggies once i am settled in ketosis.

This is the last day I will publish all these details. It's just not working for me and that's not good for my mood or my head. My calories went ballistic today because I decided to have a smoothie with extra fat. I believe in ketogenic diets but I'm not sure I've been going about this the right way for me.

I'm going back to what I was eating 2 or 3 weeks ago and looking at it carefully. Somewhere in there is close to my optimal way of losing weight. Oh did I mention I am maintaining my current weight perfectly. That's fine since I'm more than 27kg lighter than at the start of 2012. It's just that the job I began is not finished.

Fasting Blood ketones = 0.1 my target is 1.5
